| 1. How do I sign-up for trash pick-up services? Simply give us a call at 717-359-4627 and we'll add you to the route immediately. |

| 2. What time do I need to have my trash ready for pick-up by? Please put your trash out by midnight the night before. |

| 3. Are there Set-up fees for your services offered? No, we don't have set-up fees. |

| 4. Do I have to sign a contract for trash pick-up service? No, we don't use contracts. |

| 6. How do I dispose of used Motor Oil? Put your used motor oil in plastic jugs only and place them out curbside beside your trash cans. We can take Motor oil, transmission fluid and power steering fluid. No gasoline. |

| 7. What should I do with my old electronics? Due to state regulations we can't accept electronics. Please take them to the Mission on Rt. 30. Click here for electronic disposal info. |

| 8. How do I make a payment? You can mail us a check, or stop by or call and pay with credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover Card. |

| 9. Do I need a special curbside bin for my recycling items? No, just place your recycle items in a seperately marked trash can or bin of your choice. |

| 10. I'm moving, how do I cancel my current trash pick-up service? To cancel your current service, call us at 717-359-4627 and we'll remove you from the route immediately. |
